Half Day Kayak

The half day kayak adventure is about 3 hours long and departs daily at 10:00 or at 14:00 in Eggum. Group size can vary from 4-10 people.

We meet at Eggum, at the little fishing harbour where you will get to know your highly experienced guide and the rest of your group. We will go over kayak safety, route and conditions and you will get to know your kayak.

We will be paddling all around the unique and beautiful small islands, where the water is shallow, calm and have a fantastic turquoise blue color. We will also stop on one of the little island to take a break with some snack and hot drinks to maintain energy to kayak a bit more. While you are resting, watching the birds or sea life and taking in the views, your guide will tell you stories about the life and nature of Lofoten.

For this trip, it’s not necessary to have any previous experience. 99% of our guests never kayaked before.
